We realized that many individuals were falling out of the flow and discovered in user interviews that they were going into the enrollment process not fully knowing what Digital Advisor had to offer.

We created a robust set of FAQs that utilized keywords that users had been using while searching answers to their questions.

Modal

One of the most important facets of effective content is setting users up for success when completing any action. We found that many users didn’t understand what they needed to do when signing up for Digital Advisor.

We created a modal check list that clearly laid out how to enroll in Digital Advisor and reasons you might not be able to.

We worked closely with legal and compliance to make sure we followed strict regulations and addressed any other requirements.

Project: Detour Filmproduction website

The Detour website had become a mass of pages.
